Racer, organizer, and the reason Wilcox Motorsports exists. Most weekends you'll find Greg on a mountain — either driving up it or helping run the event on it.
Driver, organizer, chair
Gregory Wilcox has spent years embedded in New England hillclimb — first as a competitor, then as one of the people the sport quietly depends on. As chair of the historic Climb to the Clouds at Mount Washington, he led the team responsible for one of the most demanding events in American hillclimb: a 7.6-mile road, thousands of feet of elevation, and no margin for disorganization.
That same planning work continues with the New England Hillclimb Association, where Greg has helped coordinate events for years — venue agreements, safety planning, volunteer coordination, and the hundred small details that decide whether a weekend runs on time.
Wilcox Motorsports is where the two halves meet: a working competition program built on the grey Evolution, and an event-planning practice that puts that experience to work for organizers, venues, and sponsors across the region.
